Privacy Policy
Service Launch is software for service businesses: scheduling, dispatch, customer messaging, invoices, and payroll. It is made by Digii Solution LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app and the website at service-launch.com collect, why, who can see it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who uses Service Launch
A business owner signs up and invites their team (technicians, sales reps, office staff). Those people sign in to the app. The business also enters information about its own customers so it can schedule and bill their work. We handle that customer information on the business's behalf.
What we collect
- Your account. Name, email address, phone number, role on the team, and the business you belong to. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash.
- Work you do in the app. Jobs, schedules, hours, pay, notes, voice notes, and the photos or videos you attach to a job (for example before-and-after photos). Photos come only from your camera or library when you choose to attach them.
- Customers of the business. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, vehicle details, job history, and messages sent to them through the app. This is entered by the business or arrives from the business's own lead sources.
- Payments. Invoices, amounts, tips, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Square or Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.
- Bank and card transactions, only if the business owner connects a bank. For bookkeeping, an owner can link the business's bank or credit card accounts through Plaid. We then receive the account names, balances, and transactions (date, amount, merchant) and keep them for the business's books. Bank sign-in details go to Plaid, never to us. Disconnecting in Settings stops the feed; an owner can ask us to delete the history at any time.
- Notifications. If you turn notifications on, a device token from Apple or your browser so we can send them. You can turn this off in Settings at any time.
- Technical basics. Sign-in times and the kind of device or browser, kept in server logs to keep the service running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.
We do not collect precise location in the background. We do not read your contacts, calendar, or files unless you connect them on purpose (see below).
Why we use it
- To run the service: show you your jobs, send schedule reminders and customer texts, create invoices, and calculate pay.
- To send you notifications you asked for.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems, and improve it.
- To bill the business for its plan.
Who sees it
Your business's owners and managers see the information for their own business. Technicians see their own jobs and customers. We use a small number of service providers to run the app, each only for the purpose named:
- Supabase (hosting and database, United States) stores the data.
- Netlify serves the app and website.
- Square and Stripe process card payments and invoices, when the business connects them.
- Plaid connects the business's bank and card accounts for bookkeeping, only when an owner chooses to. Plaid's own policy: plaid.com/legal.
- GoHighLevel sends and receives the business's text messages and emails to customers.
- Whop handles plan billing for the business.
- Apple delivers notifications to the App Store app.
- Meta, Google Ads and Google Calendar only when the business connects them, to read ad spend and leads or sync a calendar.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose it only to these providers, when the law requires it, or to protect the service and its users.
How long we keep it
As long as the business's account is open, because jobs, invoices, and payroll are its business records. When an account closes, its data is deleted within 90 days, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons. The deletion is automatic: a nightly job removes every closed account past its 90 days, and the shorter clocks below.
| What | Kept |
|---|---|
| A business's records (jobs, customers, invoices, pay, books) | While the account is open; deleted within 90 days of closing |
| Bank and card data from Plaid | While the bank is connected and the account open; the bank connection and its access token are removed the moment the owner disconnects; the transaction history goes with the account, or sooner on request |
| Sign-in codes | 1 day |
| Trusted-device records | 30 days of trust, then removed within 90 days |
| Raw messages from connected services (webhook logs) | 180 days |
| A signup that never became an account | 180 days |
| Your login | Until you delete it in Settings, or until the business it belongs to is removed |
We review this policy and these periods every six months. Last review: October 10, 2026.
Your consent
You agree to this policy when you open your dashboard for the first time, and the app says so on that screen. Connecting a bank is a separate, deliberate choice: the Connect button explains what Service Launch will receive from Plaid, and Plaid asks for your consent again on its own screen before any data moves. Disconnecting withdraws it.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Delete my account. Your login is closed right away, notifications stop, and the business is told. Jobs you worked stay with the business as its records, without your login attached.
Business owners who want the whole business removed, or anyone who prefers to ask by email: drew@digiisolution.com. We answer within 7 days.
Your choices
- Turn notifications on or off in Settings, or in your phone's settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct it, at the email above.
- If you are a customer of a business that uses Service Launch and want your details changed or removed, contact that business; they control their records, and we will help them do it.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS and is stored with access controls so each business sees only its own records. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
Service Launch is a work tool for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
